Have a look at HiSpec link below:
http://www.hispecbrake.co.uk/E30%20284m ... t%204.html
I know this particular kit is E30 designed= but they are flexible and able to make up bespoke stuff. Their stuff is pretty good.
We use their discs in the race Camaro- quite an effort as we are only allowed 15" rims- and the car takes some stopping!

I'd go with Wilwoods. Even without considering their price they're good bits of kit.

jrcook320 wrote:I have done this conversion. It was fairly straight forward, but the calipers I bought overhung the rotors by exactly 7mm, not the 3mm that I often see posted. I had to slot them to get them down to 1mm overhang (I used a carbide bit and die grinder), and also used 1.5mm washers to center the calipers on the rotor. I actually went to the hardware store with calipers (measuring calipers) and measured washers to make sure I had all the same thickness (washers tolerances aren't too tight). I bought my calipers brand new for about $60 USD each at
http://fcpgroton.com/volvo240brake.htm, but prices have gone up since then. I bought part #5002028X and 5002029X, a hardware kit, and metal master pads.
I'm now in the middle of this conversion, one side done.
I can't figure out what is the purpose of the two extra bleed nipples haly-way up the front of the caliper, ( as can be seen in your pics)
What is their purpose, and is there a specific procedure for bleeding ?
Ta !

The calipers have 4 bleed nipples as they are universal... they may be upside down on the other side, right? Just bleed the top ones and always start with the caliper that has to cover the longest distance brakeline wise. With my Wilwoods, I had to re-bleed them 2 or 3 times before all the air was out. Just do some driving and bleed again the next day or week.

Quite simple really ! Now why couldn't I think of that !
Thanks

This looks like an affordable kit to me, 300mm E21 front conversion rotors and calipers (Wilwood) that fit most 15" wheels, complete kit

Volvo 4 pots. Used or remanufactured, they're not expensive.
