Japaneese trash......
A good pal of mine imports cars from Japan
www.neweraimports.com and i have owned my fair share of them ie Subaru Type R's, Integra Type R's, Supra Twin Turbo, EVO FQ....but i would choose an E21/E12 over these any day.

That's why I said I wouldn't want to own one. There's no denying the performance though and I think they're a bit less chav than in Imprezza.

agreed with the above(evo or impreza)... still you dont feel like YOU are in control... its like a microwave.. very quick but no taste... unlike an oven.. more time(unless you do a lot of prep work) but a lot more flavor....

old skool still rules in my book...

Right, getting back to my car, I am going to take it over to the guys at RPM next week and we are going to fit my top mounts and upgrade my brakes at the same time.
I just got a Dremel type rotary grinder thing to use to clean up the calliper and remove the paint wherever needed. I still haven't decided if I should paint them or just leave them yellow?
One question. Do I need to fit an adjustable proportioning valve?

No the car already has one but a e12 master and e30 rears work well with the Volvo 4pots

Thanks Jason. I've got the e12 master cylinder. I just need to find the t-pieces and make up the new brake lines and I'll be ready to go.

C'mon mark, we've had 34 pages of your car, let us talk about some Japaneese rubbish.

I like some Jap stuff. We've got an MX5 1.8S.
I'm wondering what my car would look like with M stripes - the small one's like some e12 M535's had.

I do like them stripes and if you recall a pal of mine (tedroy) was enquiring about them a while back. I personally think they only really suit a few colours with white being at the top of the list. Silver, red and blue as well....on your car, i would pro stay away. Why not Alpina stripes ?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm only thinking of the narrow type but maybe I need to find someone to photoshop to give an idea.
If I had an Alpina or even a proper replica I think the stripes look nice but I don't want to get the stripes and start buying bits from China. I'm really just thinking out loud about the stripes.
