unless you make the stipes varying shades of grey, then could look quite neat

Having just been and seen a stripped and striped e92 in bright orange I like the look. I'll post a pic once it's ok'd.
It's more what sort of striping I'm thinking about. Although I might decide against it anyway.
Number 1 job is the brakes and I'm prepping the calipers this weekend.
I also want to get another set of wheels although some dished 15'' steels would be a good winter rim if I could find some.

as for the stripes noooooooooo!!! as austin25uk said maybe grey geting darker for the three stripes.. if not .....alpina stripping.
Me? id leave alone... it looks sexy as it is..
Maybe a dechrome???

Did you weld the old wiper mounting point or use filler? Either way shes looking good. I need to see all these amazing cars at a show soon before i go mental dreaming of it!

I'm waiting on some prices for striping in satin black but I like a bit of chrome and don't want to lose the bumpers. I use my car and parking in London would make it to vulnerable to getting hit.

You're almost bad as my cousin (who has the baur with square lights - oldskoolio) he has a mint 6, an e21, a golf mark 1 project, an alfa gtv, a honda GSX retro-cool motorbike and finally topped off with a chopper..
Worst thing is I've probably missed a couple in there!
