will try and get a new concept sketch together as soon as possible. but basically

matt plack with indivisual yellow panel detailing
corvette sawblade wheels with a lot of stretch and some JDM stencil style wheel graphics
5 stud conversion with disks all round
e12 diff conversion and rear arms for wider track
Carbon fibre lemans car spoiler with custom made central posts
removal of group 2 kit and fitting of smaller blister JDM style arches
turbo and supercharger kit
FMC with JDM style stenciling on it
chrome, black and grey large Drifter style side graphics
home made front splitter (havent yet decided this as need to draw what i have got in my head really)
excessivley low!
drifter/Jap style towing rings
straight cut drift angle style exhaust
rear diffuser (again undecided)
lots and lots of holes drilled inside

thats pretty much it.

project time 2 years

Ohhhh. I get it. my idea of Japanese style was completely different. I.e carbon bonnet etc.

from your sketch it looks very much how the aussies build rx3 or other jap cars tbh.

Is that legal having your turbo sticking up though the bonnet? im sure you can be sued if someone touched it and burnt themselves.

naaaaaa i will put a big warning sticker next to it. my current Audi 50 im using to run around in has 4 carbs poking out the bonnet and police didnt mind that the other day. here is a picture of it to show you why i havent been on the forum for a while


and yes that is a set of magnesium 3 piece BMW split rims from a 2002 ....... jealous much lol



wheels finally turned up today. turns out there all 9.5 J and not a staggered set like in the Ebay add.
need sandblasting and a lot of work at the momment and i could really do with the cash to pay for other bits at the momment like an E12 hub conversion.

no work on the engine im afraid this week although got some new polishing stones so i can have a bit of a better go at the water temp sender housing and cleaning it up. if i get round to it i may build the other 2 turbo pistons up onto there conrods and lay the 2 litre crank and everything back in ready for measuring the compression etc

did a little sketch of my engine set up for another forum, thought i should add it on here as we all like a little picture every now n then

wheels off to the shot blasters today. once they have come back i will decide if its poweder coat or polishing time. will get pics once they are all sorted.

shot blasters cant get through the chrome...... livid! next stage is to get the fronts machined now and then back to the shot blasters for them to have a second go at atleast getting the rears done. im waiting on the look of these to decide my next steps on the car if i need to upgrade to 5 stud or not..... its very frustrating
