February 29th, 2012. Today I changed the distributionbelt, waterpump and other parts. The house of the thermostat has a little pipe on the lower side that was all corroded, and of course it broke. My spare B25, I have sitting in my garage had the same house, but also the same problem, and it also broke. Stupid fabrication.
Took of the rad, lots of workingspace!

On march the 5th, 2012 i had the carpet cleaned with an extractor. That vacuums i tand flushes soapwater. After that it’s dried. But before all that, the dirt has to come loose, so we used a compressor, 8 bar. We repeated this 3(!) times.

I also cleaned the oilcollector from the gearbox. Flushed it and replaced the filter.

Underneath the gearbox, the square piece is the filter.

The brake lines needed to be replaced. The old ones where heavely corroded.
Old line came apart on removal.
