For those of you who were interested these are the bonnet fittings laid into the glass.

I also put the rear wing together and started strengthening the boot-lid. I might even fit one of these to my orange car once the new engine is done. I quite fancy a road-going County Car.

It's just sat on here to give an idea of the look it'll give. There's no doubt it'll give significant downforce too.

Dear Mark
Good find!
I remember considering this car last year when it came up for sale

It would be a front runner for the Manx Classic event- and might even trouble some of the Hotrod Escorts! I shall have to look to my laurels as this should be quicker than "Herman" at the event.

BTW did you receive the 3.5 M30 into an M20 wiring info I sent you OK?
BTW 2 Exactly how many Cars do you own/admit to owning esp. e21s at present??

I did, thank-you.

I'm very lucky to have 3 e21's. MIB, TWR & track car. Also have an e30 M3. My mrs has an early 2002 and late 2002tii. We also have a Pug106 which Claire uses for work and I use as a shed.

That is quite a collection!
no wonder you don't list them (all) under your signature block!

To be honest I get a bit embarrassed as don't like to appear like I'm showing off. Which is odd for someone who drives a loud orange e21.

I agree that this is not showing off - just showing your appreciation in old Bavarian Muscle- highly commendable

best of luck at Lydden this w/e

BTW2 Herman failed his test today- they don't like the KM speedo nor the little MPH digital thing I got- despite telling me they would be happy !
