BTW what an excellent show, many thanks to you all for coming and helping represent our cars. Sorry I didn't hang out much on the stand - there is far too much to see and do and I wanted to get a load of the hillclimb action too, didn't even manage to see all the cars, because had to leave a little earlier to avoid the rush and my mate needed to get home.

It was great to meet some guys (and gal) from the forum, I didn't manage to meet everyone, but there's always next time. Definitely be back for this show though, it's a great mix of cars, from the sublime to the ridiculous!

Big thanks to Nas for organising the club stand, I've never seen more than 2 E21's parked together, so that was very cool.

Great photos Nas! You even got my ropey E23 with Edd driving it. I'll come on this stand next year if allowed as I won't be bringing an E21

Apologies jeroen for not running the car up the hill, the thought of running an unproved car up that course given the time and money sweat and tears thats gone into building it for the risk of not knowing how it will respond under hard unproven use seemed to me like mechanical suicide aswell as my own safety. Speedhunters will be featuring the car at the shakedown of the car so will post videos and photos from that. I am just chuffed i managed to get to the show after alot of unpredicted hurdles both with the build and logistics. Great to meet a few members there unfortunately not all of them as i was dividing my time between the paddock with the car and the stand. Great to finally meet mark in person and nas its always a pleasure. Anybody know if hannah got back ok? Her starter motor gave up at the end of the show.

On the side, sad to hear (correct me if I'm wrong) the F1 car just has another DFV engine inside, like most of them. But better than nothing at all!

Yes indeed,a truly great day.
Really good to meet a few of you too,but didn't spend much time on the stand as I had my two boys with me.(They've got the car bug already so that gives me license to do more shows)!!
