Bringing them on Sunday? You can use the ramp to fit them while we are doing rust on the Baur.

Ramp plus air tools and willing helpers = very easy suspension swap. Plus we can all fondle your bits before putting them on the car!

You guys sure? i wasnt gonna bring them cos i thought that we would be busy with Jims car all day.

If i get some help, then it shouldnt take long at all, i have even have some new front arms so there wont be any need to wrestle the old ones off the stock struts.

I just been out in the car tonight, christ that weber does make a difference! its like its a new car lol - i tell you what if you own an m10 the first thing you need to do is buy a weber - not such a girls engine now!

I'll bring the slug and we can see how girl like the M10 is.

There are many hours in the day and quite a few of us, there's time to do your struts. It's a lot easier to do them with ramp/air tools than on the driveway at home.

I may have to come home at lunchtime to do family stuff, if you feel gulty you can use the ramp during your lunch break!

We need to see how many E21s we can get doing donuts at the same time in the yard - someone bring a video camera!!!! :D

Yes bring the struts, if we're swapping legs as well it'll take no time at all although this means the big hammer doesn't come out and that makes me kinda sad! :( haha

me again. thought I would showy guys my rear beam. big thanks to jacko n drjim for the expertise and tool borrowing!

as you can see my spare rusty beam now has camber bolts. I bought the camber plates off a guy who generally sells these to the e30 crowd on eBay. he made a post in the for sale section. can't fault him I lost one and he sent me another for free even though I offered to pay!

Image

check out the welding effort on this plate by jacko! not bad eh lol. rest of the welds are a bit ugly but hey no one cares cos you won't see em.

Image

all in I think this modification cost about 70 quid. the bolts I got from the dealer if u need part numbers and can't be arsed looking through real own then pm me I have em handy in a document. now

now its a matter of going through a ball ache of painting and fitting it on!
