Mrs away so spent the evening in the garage poly bushed all the rear end parts and front TCAs, fitted new bearings stripped down rear calipers for paint then stripped the m52 of pas and aircon pumps, torque converter and flywheel, inlet manifold, sump. Replaced crank oil seals and water pump. A good evenings work and feels like some progress.

Hi Rob yes they are and they seem comparable to any others ive ever used but the real test will be on road I suppose.

I've got that flywheel still if you want it.

Anytime - I am on paternity leave so at home. Also have my Mum's car for you to look at to see if you can fix the paint or if it is a bodyshop job. PM me to arrange. Am in Hale Barns.

Went to start the car and found flat battery. A quick push from the Mrs (she's well trained) and all was well. Later that day... flat battery. Checked earths etc and seems the Lucas battery we fitted when Nas swapped engines has died. Well I think that's it anyway. Luckily project imposter came with a new one fitted.

put a coat of rust bullet on the rear underside before some colour

Another coat of rust bullet and then some colour. Eventually it can start going back together.
