The actual modifying to get the s50,gear and diff in is finished now.
The car is ready for wiring inside and i only have the engine in once more so i can make brackets to thing in engine bay, before dismantling and painting. I got some pics, but i wait until i got more.
I have a brand new alpina radiator pre facelift for sale if someone want.
It dont fit my faceliftfront.
Or if someone have a facelift one that`s fine.
Or else i must make a new one in alu or order from the states.

Won`t let you down, pics coming before christmas.
Everything i do this days is boring anyway... never look like i`m getting further everyday i go home from the garage.
Engine getting in this week(again) to do the last touch in engine compartment, and make the carbon box fit right.
I have to sandblast a couple of places underneeth the car first where i have welded the geartunnel and diff.
Thanks for looking to all of you.
Never thought an old e21 would be that popular...

This project is awesome. I am one of those guy who hates reading a diary log of the progress on your cars but i know that is the purpose of a Forum (no offense guys), however this one is definately an exception. He has done everything to this car that i wish someone could do for me.
I absolutely agree with returning the interior and dashboard to E21.
Dude, if you ever sell this car, let me know, i will be hooking up my trailer onto the back of my X5 and driving to you the moment i put the phone down.
You are truly doing a great job here, Salute to you !!!!

I would too, as I'm wanting to go down the E30 diff route, more choices.

Yeah thats damn true i have to admit, and also easy to get hold of for cheap!!! also the Diff jig he`s built looks the part, if this conversion works well and all welding measurements are spot on then theres money to be made in diff conversions.

This e30 conversion i finished long time ago,i start making another one today. I just have go get a hand on an e30 subframe to fit in the e21 sub.
I have made this conversion on 4 cars now. All of them here in Norway.
I ran 380 bhp on my old blue e21 with m20b25 turbo with this conversion, works perfect. But with that amount of hp i use an e30 m3 lsd 3,45. Never had any problems around the course or streetdriving, drag etc.
I will take more pics this time then, there`s many wondering about this conversion. It`s no problem doing this at all. It is maybe a little problem when fitting the car. But i can take pics of this as well,it is not me who`s mounting this. My own car is finished,a friend is finished, and another friend is now gonna mount it on his car with my help. And the one i`m making now is to be sent away along with driveshafts.
The 332 is by the way not finished, but not either forgotten
