They're PANASPORT so quite possibly supplied for Japanese market to fit Datsun 240's, MX5 etc. Their own version of Minilites I guess? Good quality though and rolled lips on out dish etc.

7.5 rears & 7J fronts. Am I correct in thinking that I shouldn't need spacers with that width?

Sounds alright to me
Does depends on tyres though

I'm not going all Carlos Fandango on ya ass. I'll probably just stick with 195/50 fronts & 205/50 rears.

i think its down to the offset rather than the width, you can have 8/9s on the rear as long as you've got the right offset & suspension setup
......ayds

Ideal offset is dependent on rim width though. I'm sure they'll be fine anyway and if they're not I'll find a solution.

Well the 2.7 is a peach. Loads more torque! The car feels properly quick now and sounds awesome. I'm amazed at what a difference 200cc's can make! 4th gear pulls as hard as 3rd used too.
The Wilwoods work well too and the short shift on the gearbox has got rid of any hint of play in the linkage. I'm going to try and fit the split rims first thing tomorrow.

Mark, have you fitted a dogleg or just the Z3 shortshift
