Hazard light switch, e28 direct replacement. works

There was a topic on here regarding the use of an e28 hazard switch.
I cant take credit but i decided to give it a go and it works so well that it is fair to call it a direct replacement..
I pulled a small length of wiring loom from the e28, along with the switch. Added some spades to the loom and plugged it in directly to the e21 plug.
Only 2 wires are different colours but the operation is flawless. Switch lights up when headlights are on etc..
If you are having problems with your switch, im just letting people know that this does infact work.
