320/6 radiator is leaking (nou sure exactly where from yet, definately not a hose though.)

At some point i will change engine to a 325i, which i assume comes with a rad upgrade. Is there a way to avoid replacing the radiator twice?

I still used the 323 rad with my 2.5 so if you get it refurb'd it won't be a waste.

Good to know, thanks!

What if i wanted to upgrade to an alloy radiator? Benefits? Fitting issues?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Benefits are more efficient cooling. Just get a direct replacement although they're not cheap. I'm ringing about mine tomorrow and will let you know costs.

Forgot to mention, car has auto box. The radiators on autos are different, will it still be compatible with a 325i?
