You know, theres only one pub that I've seen in Australia that sells Leffe! They charge about $6 for a half-pint, but damn its nice beer :D

Your e21 looks dead-straight too Gerrit! That is really a nice example....

Cheers
Mathew

mat,
Is there a Belgian Beer cafe up your way?
If ever you are in Adelaide, there is one just off rundle street in the east end of the city. They do traditional belgian food too, cool place.

Gerrit, man it is funny seeing somebody drinking a Kwak in the proper glass for the first time! watch them drown when the wave comes!!! :D

hi gerrit, looks a nice tidy car, engine is nice and clean, in the pcitures of the boot i spotted a spot of rust in the right corner next to the wheel housing, if this is rust i would suggest you to get it looked at as i had a e21 that started with a small spot like this, it had a few other on the exterior and i planned to do all these bits when i had time to keep the car right. but i left it to long and when i did it it had turned very bad, it got into the seem of the boot floor and caused a big hole, i had to weld this hole corner up AND I REALSIED I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT EARLIER, i would advise to get it looked at as it can cause a bigger problem thatn it looks after a while.

Thanks for the advice Phil.

The spot is indeed rust that certainly will be looked after.

In my case the car hasn't been running the past year and will not do so until 2007. In the mean time she is stored in a well vented garage so I presume the rust will only go on very slowly. My first intention was to postpone the bodywork until 2007 but maylbe I will do it earlier

rust only gets worse by it getting wet then dries again, this is how rust starts, a bit of bare steel gets wet and then dries all the time, this causes rust and rot.
