Newbie being thick

Hi,
Sorry for being really thick!! I have just bought a Baur E21 and it has what looks like factory front fog lamps. WHERE IS THE SWITCH???? I have pushed, pulled, twisted every knob & switch that I can see. Next step is to start tracing wires, but I thought if I asked, someone would tell me and save me some time. Ta in advance. Ade

they might not be working. the pull switch for the rear fog.... does it have two (click) "on" postions?

take em off anyway, foglights only slow you down, its only foggy like twice a year any way

you should have a pull switch for the main lights to the right, and further on the left (on right hand side of steering column) there is another pull switch. (was going to sy knob, but, well...). pull it once, the rears should come on, pull it again and your front fogs should also come on. if that doesn't work, either the switch has gone, or probably an earth. pull the switch so the fogs would be on, if still not coming on, there is a silver ring around the switch where it goes into the dash, try tightening it. it went on my main lights and the switch would work. tightened it up and all was well.

Nope, the only knob I can see is between the seat & the steering wheel!!!!! My fog light switch has only 1 click and on further inspection, the wire to the front has been chopped. I guess they weren't factory options and have only been bolted on for "the look". They can stay for the moment.
I also had my first proper drive today (only bought it this week) and also had the roof off. What a glorious sound from the 6 (320) Looking forward to enjoying the car and this site. Cheers everyone. Ade
