complain to ebay and they will kick off the offender, its the only thing you can do.
if you raise a dispute you can find the ebayers details including his contact number and address. this is useful if you want to track him down and have a word

Seems to be a common problem. I know a few choice parts have been ''won'' lately yet they either don't make contact and/or don't turn up to collect the parts. I've been to buy several complete cars where the vendor believes he's already sold the car only to be let down too. The thing is, with old BMW's being such a small circle of people, the usual suspects are soon identified no matter how many ebay accounts they set up. Communication is everything. If people have genuine problems and make contact with an honest & genuine explanation, then fair play. An amicable solution can be sought. Bury your head in the sand or start giving bullshite excuses and you just make matters worse. Maybe we should do as they do on the zone, and have a feedback thread where we can post user names of people that have messed us about? Meanwhile, report it to ebay.

Obvious a freedom of speech dont seem to exist on this forum but anyway to the topic that Mr Farrell is talking about a.k.a SCUMBAGS.... on my auction ive experianced X2 heavy weight FAP that seemed to be playing games. And is someone on this forum, not only me but to a few of us other guys on this forum too as mentioned above of this post!
I would hate to slice someones scrotum including their 2 incher off and to show it the way to the guts of the victim because i dont really tolerate childish behaviour and also to mention that this certain persons has pissed quite a few forum members here and are not popular with them at the moment. these behaviours that are going on in ebay from people off this forum is totally bang out of order. and for the geezer to know who we are talking about you know who you are.

Well glad it's not me, but it was me deleting your earlier reply. If language as used in your earlier post is accepted on the UK forum please take it there. Next time you're finished here, and then I think I've been patient enough.

well i know it was you deleteing it which is obvious, but you have a couple of wankers on this forum messing about with other forum members here bidding on items and not bothering to pick them up or even contacting the seller and the bad thing about it is that there are honest bidders here being out bidded by the fake bidder and messing about with there chances. So its a friendly warning .. its simple... jeroen, look if you feel good about deleting from this forum then you do it, im not stopping you! i making my point about the SCUMBAGS that Darren is talking about!

No problem, it's just HOW you say things sometimes that scares others away. For once try to think about that before posting, it's not the Jimi forum here.

Thats understandable, i dont want to scare anyone and dont mean to.. we are mature adults here and should stay as so. but anyway am sure this messsage from Mr Farrell has put a message out and wont happen again.
+2 Name and Shame, i reckon this should come out once and for all so we know who we are when we are serious with each other!!
