Question about the head lights

I have a (noob) question about the headlights. Is it possible to let them all 4 turn on? Or are the inner head lights just for show? I have a 320/6 with four head lights.

Inner pair are brighter, main beam.

What do you mean? If i turn my lights on I only see the two outer lights turn on. How can I turn on the inner beam? Is it big light? What button

The left hand stalk. Pull to flash and push for mains.
