What do you guys reckon?
I have a 318i m10 from an e30 in my e21. Should this fit?
Do you reckon it will make much difference to power/sound etc?

that wont fit an m10 - the s14 head has different mounting for the header - 4 bolt per port not 2. the actual pipe space might be right but you would have to modify it so prob not worth it. what side of the road do you lot drive on? because the m3 is also lhd so if your rhd it wont clear the steering joint
