Heated front seats conversion?

I would like to add heating option to my Recaro LS front seats...It seems very convenient especially some cold mornings when the car's heater needs quite sometime to heat the interior, and everything is freezing.
Has anyone any such experience? Can this be done successfully? Or should I have ordered them with this option when I bought them (13-14 years ago!!)?
Can I just go to an upholsterer (or electrician??) and have this system fitted?

Damn, I thought it was always +30 degrees celcius in Greece! :)
I figure it can be done.

I could guess you could refit the heater elements and switches from a later 80's/90's bmw

Thanks for replies guys!
Hahahaha...actually these days it is, yes!!No 30+ right now, but what do you think about a 15 low 23 high???
Springtime!!!!almost summer!!!! :D

But, all of us love to have our E21s in the best possible condition plus extras, don't we??? :) And I just thought this would be a nice option for the (even 10-12 in total per year) winter days...

Thank you!!!I'll have a chat with my upholsterer (I suppose he is the one who should fit this, not myself... :) )and then may order this...

I just had a look into their website (waeco)
They seem to have discontinued this product's manufacture..Does anyone know something?
(Well isn't this a disadvantage? : I mean, wouldn't it be better to have a possibility of repairing, or parts repairing of this)

Nope, it actually seems to be a standard one (after a better look)
