Hi guys
Does anyone know of someone who remanufactures Alpina diff covers? It proves too hard to find one second hand. There's
http://www.thehoffmangroup.com/vintage/ ... ntialcover, but they are

expensive and the finish is a little rough still...
Many thanks
Jeroen T.

$400 is considerably less than you'll pay for a genuine one - if you can find one at all? German Ebay maybe?

Did you read $400? I saw $799 on the site I mentioned.
The only second hand one I have found in weeks now is a broken one:

Sorry, I meant £400GBP which is closer to what it works out as here.
The do come up for sale every now and then. You might be better off waiting?

Probably, yes. Or does anyone know of any other, more affordable and better reproductions?

Thanks for the tip. Wasn't happy with the broken fins at the bottom, though. Maybe I'll reconsider on the Alpina diff cover since so many seem to have had broken supports - makes me wonder about the strength for fast road use/regularity rallying...
Cheers
