John, PM me your address again and will drop your ticket in the post. I'm hoping I can still book a few laps although I may have left it a bit late.

Anyone else going? That's gotta be almost up north surely?

A phone call later and it seems I'd booked 2 twenty minute sessions anyway! I'm not quite sure how that happened because I certainly don't remember doing it. Very odd.

So will you be getting in on the drift sessions John?

Today was awesome. By far my best experience of a track session and Mallory itself is the nuts. Really suits an e21 too. As I'm not what you might call an ''experienced'' track driver I figured I would try and stick with a well sorted MK2 Escort that was also in my session. I followed it for the first session and learnt the circuit. In the 2nd session I caught, passed and left it for dead. I don't know what my lap times were but more than one person remarked on just how well the e21 went for a novice driver. Devils elbow flat in 3rd was the best corner imo.

Drift cars put on quite a show too. Shame you couldn't make it Murran as an e21 would have looked great amongst the Jap stuff. There was a really good mix of cars there too.

I cannot wait for next year!

Car looks great but I think I prefer my sunstrip - my font is from the forum stickers Jeroen did a few years ago.

Mine was just a quick e-bay jobbie as I only had a few days to sort the car. I'm really glad I got it in time for today and am really looking forward to Crystal Palace now that I've got a bit more confidence behind the wheel. When is Croft? I may be away?

A few crap i-phone pics from today...
