Incredibly Low Idle

My 323i has been idleing really really low. Shes done it since I bought her (2 weeks ago) and since I serviced her she has been idleing a little higher after the engine has been warmed, however she is still idleing under 1000 at about 600-800rpms. She has a mild cam in her but even then I thought she would idle more than what she is. Sometimes when she is cool she has trouble starting and i need to rev her a bit so as she doesnt stall. Any ideas on what the go is? Any help would be amazing! CHEERS GUYS!
