I'm getting conflicting reports as to whether or not pistons from an '84-5 318 will fit my '82 (US spec) 320i w/1.8i head.

My parts guy swears up and down they'll work but I'm not so sure about it.

Can you check the part numbers on Realoem to see if they match up ??

They're listed as 9.3:1 for the '84-5 e30 318.

I've heard from several sources that they will indeed work.
