SPACERS HAVE ARRIVED - HOW TO FIT?

Finally got the spacers :-)

Just for the fitting now then, it's for the front two tyres. I''m putting bottlenecks on them even though I like the look of the turbines way better.

Anyway, silly question, how hard is it to fit the spacers on?

After jacking car up safely, removing the wheel...then how do I do things from there?

Thanks in advance
:popcorn

It's as difficult as putting a pizza in the oven. Just hold the spacer in line with the holes, put the wheel back on and that's it. :driving

I assumed he bought a set, but you need longer bolts indeed. :bag

Also I hope the spacers have a centre ring cause otherwise you might end up with your wheels out of balance, and vibrations as a result.

I haven't bought longer bolts, but need to check which one's I have at the moment, as they may already be a little longer.

How long do I need the bolts to be?

Plus where can I buy some from?

How many bolts? 4 on each side?

Thanks

4 on each side yea, just measure your standard bolts then add however many millimeters your spacers are onto that to get right length. Ebays should have some

If you can’t find the right length you can buy longer ones and just grind or saw a bit of. And if you need to know how much longer bolts you need just put them trough your old wheels, measure how far they stick out and do the same thing with your new wheels plus spacers.

The kind of spacers you have are just discs then?

I had a different type of spacers mounted. They had bolts to put in your hub and had seperate holes to use even shorter bolts to hold the wheel against the spacer.

Got hold of the spacers alongside these two other parts which I am unfamiliar with...does anyone know what they are needed for?

Top ones are hubcentric spacers and bottom ones are universal non-hubcentric.

Wow, the difference is huge!

I am guessing I'll be needing longer bolts? Any idea what size Mark?
Cheers
