I've seen Arshad and Nas's cars in my own road recently, but seeing one in the wild is great! I Spotted the rear end, swerved round a corner, undertook a disco at high speed, chased the E21 and grabbed a phone pic.

It must be Creedon's car, presumably driven by his Mrs - or he looks very feminine! Caught up at some lights but didn't want the good lady fretting about madmen in ford focuses shouting at her at traffic lights.

Must arrange a proper forum meet - maybe to celebrate my Baur's MOT in a couple of weeks???

yeah that's creedons car alright.

Its awesome when you see another e21 on the road because the odds are very very slim.

A meet would be good, i need to pick some stuff up from you anyway Jim.

That honestly made me laugh out loud, you make them sound like a white tiger Jim! Mind you they might as well be, I've lost count at the amount of compliments, thumbs up I get - it's nice to get (the right) type of attention that driving these cars tends to give luckily.

lol. i havent seen a "wild" e21 since ive been driving mine.

I saw one going in the opposite direction near Brum a couple of years back and have seen a couple of what looked like ''daily'' 316's around London. So that's an average of 1 a year I guess.

The E21 seems very rare at the other side of the canal then.

I have three E21's in my street and it is only 750 mtrs long. No one is a member of this forum.

If we can organise a northern meet that would be great. When's the mot Jim?

If you do make sure you take plenty of pics.

I'm up for a meet. I also need to drop off that gearbox and manifold if you still want them Jim!

[edit] There was another henna red 316 that used to park daily just outside Manc town centre on Rochdale Road. Used to walk past it every day going to work, s'what made me want one in the first place. Never saw the owner and don't see it anymore. Hope it wasn't a scrappage scheme victim! Plenty of E30's about, and always seem to get a thumbs up from them.

i saw a white E21 about 1 year ago near southampton. must have been jagclarke as he was at uni there and had a white one. i figured not many others!! other than that the last time i saw an E21 moving on the road was probably the day i went to collect mine, 3 years ago (in 2 weeks time!!). ironic, i saw one when driving to collect it, and bugger if i have barely seen another since.

mind you, every time i go to fritzs bits they always have at least 1 down there getting some work.
