Are these E21 wheels?

Are these
WHEELS from an E21? Seller says they're from an "x reg 316 Bauer"? But these wheels have the spinner nuts, didn't think the E21's did? x reg is '81/'82 which is definatly when the E21 was in production. Confused!

They an aftermarket wheel and you can see the regular 4x100 holes in the red part. I think they're horrible personally but takes all sorts.

No central spinner nuts on E21's so nope.
