Poly bushes vs OEM

I need to get bushes done before next MOT. At the same time I'll be having shocks and springs replaced. My mechanic made a list of eight bushes that need replacing, but this was a while ago and I'm struggling to read his handwriting (he's like 70 and writes like a doctor) or remember what he said - if anyone can help me figure out which bushes I need to buy, I'd be grateful.
4 bushes rear lower arms
2 centre bushes for anti roll bar
2 bushes ARB to track control arms
Are all these included in the kit sold by superflex? Are they also available from the stealership? He said he'd prefer to use OEM as the poly ones can be a bitch to get in - I'm not really bothered either way but is there a compelling argument for the use of the poly then I'll go with those.
