Is it wise to tell ins about 2.5 engine.
Also who is best for price/policy. Need to get ins asap

best to tell them, if you have a big bump involving actual injuries/deaths to people. or the car gets written off etc. they wont look too hapily on it not being declaired.
mines declaired anyway, as well as suspension kit and "interior mods" lol. dunno if the roll cage is included under that heading? hmmmmm.

Everything's declared on mine, on the classic policy it didn't bump the price up at all but it did bump the agreed valuation up to 5.8k!!
On any policy apart from a classic car policy with agreed valuation I'm pretty sure it would hike up premiums.

they qoted me £310
i got it for £184 but not with engine upgrade

Wow that's pricey? Have you got a large number of points? I declared my 3 points and it didn't make a difference to price?
