B*gger.....!!! Car Vs Baby

So, it would seem my mid-life re-introduction to the world of classic cars is doomed to failure..
First there was the Audi Typ 85 the wife hated....so that went with me taking a financial smack in the chops for the trouble.
Now, the ill-fated replacement might need to go...why ? you may ask.....
Well my Wife has just informed me she is pregnant again.
With me looking after our exsisting little one and subsequently not working, money is tight I can ill afford to keep throwing what little I have left at the Baur with another mouth on the way.
I paid way too much the car in the first place , maybe not if i had been as described..but it wasn't and has cost me a fair amount just to get her safely on the road.
So gents, I need to know that if she has to go, what can I realistically expect to get for her ? or would perhaps mothballing her for the future make sense.

1980 323i Baur TC1. 66,750 seemingly genuine miles, and supported by the MOTs. 5spd, PAS, EM. Car is in original spec and trim, Polaris silver with black vinly and cloth interior. Everything works except the elec mirrors.
Early service history. All MOTs.
Overall structural condition is very good, no horrible corrosion...only under the front jack/mount plates which has been repaired with new plates welded on.
Paint is very tired, though panels all panels are straight and free from any major rot, with the exception of the n/s front wing.
Rear wheel arches have a little rust on the edges, same along external seal seams etc.
Car drives Ok pulls strongly and revs cleanly all the way....reckon she would benefit from a tune up though.
Gears crunch when hurried if cold.
I have so far replaced the front caliper pistons and seals, brake MC, all the fluids and oil. Exhaust system from manifold. HT leads, plugs, K&N filter.
Radiator cap. 4 new Falken tyres. 6mths tax...MOT runs out in July, but I expect to get another.
I also have various hood rubbers, other chrome trim. Most parts genuine BMW. New unfitted Bilstein B6 shocks F&R plus a set a Boge Sport springs ( 35mm drop ) Water pump to fit.
Oh, and i have commited to Mark to buy his modified E30 seats.
Now I am sure I have missed stuff,...and there is things that will need to be done...respray for one...and hood, although weather tight could do with replacement if you want a smarter car.
Now I know I will be losing loads if I have to sell.....but what can I realistically expect? or perhaps someone may have a more suitable car to swap/PX if/when the time comes...
Your opinions would be welcomed.
