What is the easiest way to replace the ignition switch when you can't find the key?
Is there a method to getting the old switch out or does it have to be drilled?
Once the old barrel is out, can a new one be slid into place?
Help!

i believe you need the key to put in the lock to be able to slot it out in a non-breaking it kinda way. think theres a little square hole to the side put a little flat blade screw driver in to release it. thats if you have the key.
not sure on drilling it tbh.
could you not get a complete steering lock and lock barrel assembly with a key off rob or someone?

It's not actually for me, I'm just trying to help the guy out. Jason text me and the shear bolts need to be drilled out to get the old switch assembly off.
