1/4 mile time wise, if my old scirocco sporting a kent cam and 2.2 audi kv throttle body with a (back then) soon to be fooked engine, managed a 16.95 with an 90 ish exit (going to santa pod finished off my engine condition btw).....

id be well disapointed if my e21 wasnt doing mid-highish 15's with 100mph exit.

note to self; "john, take a spare drive shaft if you do go."

With the 2.7 I did a 14.6 at the BMW show with a slight misfire and a few weeks earlier amongst the Mopars I did a 14.3 @ 96mph.

only got a standard ish 2.5 in there now :( , but the car is much lighter :innocent

If its still in one piece after the weekend I'll be up for going to this.

Last time i was at pod i did a 13.8 in my fd3s it only had a cat back, stock turbos no boost increase. They are not really built for drag racing more of a track car.

It was after that run I discovered a loose lead and that I was running on 5.

I can't wait for next months event. I'm going to do some e30 baiting I think? ;)

After hearing about that drift car being stolen right off the show stand and driven out of the Pod right under the noses of Security, I think I'll take a rain check on this one.
The Pod and the Ace are fast turning into a joke.

just dont think, leaving your battery disconnected and the shear complexity of pushing a button, as a type of vehicle security...... im sure it'll be safe enough if you dont leave it unattended for 2 hours.....
