Suspension upgrade

Hi there,

I was recommended Bilstein B4 Shocks as a relatively cheap upgrade, anyone use them here?

What about springs and bushes? I was also thinking about front and rear strut braces, as it's a Baur.

Just thinking of tightening it up :innocent

Cheers,

Enda.

Depends on how much you want to spend I guess? Spax kit is pretty good for the money.

budget is tight unfortunately. I know that cost-wise, it's open-ended, but I'd have to limit to about £400 for everything: Shocks, springs, bushes, struts.. If it's unrealistic, maybe I could leave the struts for next time!

I could possibly go for these, they seem to be well rated: http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/ ... =555572367

I had these too. I think Mr Jim & Mr Murran both use them too.

I like that they're adjustable! First I thought it unnecessary, but if I go swapping alloys etc, it'll be handy..

its the damping thats adjustable. there really good too. ride goes from quite nice on soft... to hard as nails. mine are 3 years old now. aside from a bit of corrosion setting in on the rear shock bodies.... all is good.
