Returning to E21s and need opinions on a potential purchase

Hey All!
I've been off the grid for a while after I sold my 1980 320iS but I found another E21 that caught my eye. I found a 1982 Euro 323i near by my house. I'm considering this but need everyone's opinion..
Please check out the link below and give me your thoughts...
Any thoughts on the condition? What should I look for in a 323 vs a 320? Are the cloth seats correct? Is the price too much, to little or about right.
I the sort to drive the car a lot and might possibly stop by a little later this week

Doesn't look too bad and the drive might be more fun dan the 320iS so at least give her a test drive. Cloth looks stock sadly the drivers' seat is worn, try to buy a decent rear seat and use that cloth for example. Enough nitpicking to be done like the cover behind the right hand front ligt, some excess wiring under the hood, bad leather on the original sports steering wheel and it screams for new chrome around the windshield and rear window but no big things as far as I can see. Just give the inside of the wheel arches a good inspection somehow it looks like the rears have seen some work but I may be wrong. But she's defo worth checking out!
