Re: Problemchild75s 1983 safari m52
Thanks. It's all sorted now LLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOLLLL. they have blown the pirts out and spun the engine and say it will be fine. And sending it back to me. I flipped big time. These guys are f*** comedians. Needless to say after a few phone calls I got a refund and no doubt some poor soul will get that engine sent to them.
On a plus note welder turned up on time worked quickly, did a awesome job , tided up and went. I will post pics tomorrow. If only all tradesmen worked that way.

If they said it's fine, it must be true.

If you don't like lying under the car on your back the tilter is awesome. I wouldn't be without it.

The other diff mount will be removed. I will just need a single bush bolting downwards from the boot floor.

Re: Problemchild75s 1983 safari m52
hows the new diff coming on?
did you have to alter the drive shafts?
did you have to alter the drive shafts?
Re: Problemchild75s 1983 safari m52
I can answer as I run the same setup -
he copied me and fitted an e12 diff. the beauty of this diff is that you can use your existing drive shafts and prop.

Ah so the issue is the E21 LSD can't take the power/torque from the M52?
