Any tips for breaking in my new cylinder head?

staying under 3K rpm ?
about 2000 Kilometers?

Do a search on inrijden (dutch) and you'll find a few useful discussions. Gerneral idea: stay under 3K and slowly increase the revs but always after running the oil warm. If it's just the head then abt 1000 kms for buildup of revs should be enough.
