New front discs & pads

My 320/6 desperately needs new front discs & pads.

The main dealer wants £140+vat for the discs & £55 + vat for the pads. ECP doesn't list the E21 so I'm struggling to find someone who can supply them.

Balance Motorsport can do EBC plain discs for £62 & EBC Greenstuff pads for £42 (£133.25 total inc vat & delivery).

This looks like a good price unless someone knows different?

I have their discs on both my cars - track car and the Baur, wilwoods on the slug and refurb 323i with Ferodo DS2500 pads on the Baur. Had calipers from them on my old car (the blue upgraded 316 that I used to do trackdays in), standard pads died quickly on track, but with DS2500 they were great.

Grab some discs from brakes international and some standard pads if you are just using for light road duties. If you are doing more than normal driving get DS2500's, not sure they will stock them though, I got/get mine from ebay usually.

Front discs (for a 320/6):
Solid - £18.31 each + vat
Vented £22.70 each + vat

Pads £13.98 + vat

That works out at just over £60 +delivery.

If the discs can hold up to track days then they must be ok. Are EBC Greenstuff worth the extra?

Ok, I ended up getting the discs & pads from Brake Parts Superstore in South Yorkshire - £76 all in.

However, I'm having trouble locating new guide pins & clips. BMW want £20 for a set. Brakes International list them for under £10 but they aren't available.

Any other suggestions? :?
