Greeting to all of you E21 lovers. I recently picked up a nice little E21 and have been sorting through a few issues and am enjoying driving it. This is my 7th E21 since 1980. However, it has been awhile since my last and I have forgotten exactly which bulbs I need and the locations of what exactly is to illuminate on the interior dash areas.

Has anyone created a list of the bulbs that are used for the interiors of these wonderful little cars?

my interior dash lights are very temperamental.
they will not work for weeks then one fine day they'll suddenly spring to life only to die again a few miles later.

its annoying to others but i'm used to it.

i once got the haynes manual out to read about changing the dashlight bulbs. that was 2 years ago.

it would be nice to find out whats wrong with them.

dash is a sore subject for me at the moment. my temperature gauge has also fixed at past red forthe last week too.
