Hi everyone. You probably think im mad but a love Triumph TR6 steel wheels and think they would look great on an E21. The problem is that the triumph's pcd is slightly larger. They have 4 bolts which is good but the pcd is about 114mm and I think the E21 is about 100mm. Question is can it be done, has anyone fitted them and is there anything else I need to think about.
Cheers
Joe

Hi mate,
Thats fantastic. Thanks so much for that. I take it they will fit then with that adapter, do I need to worry about offsets and all that or is it as simple as putting those adapters on and then the wheels on. Sorry for all the questions, im no mechanic. Thats great.

Almost, as the wheel offset and the adapter thickness need to be taken into account. Or the other way around: the E21 needs a very low offset. Adding the adapter will work as a spacer and you'll need more than the (E21) stock offset on the wheels. Any idea what the ET on the Triumph wheels is?

I have a set of adapters 4x100 to 4x114..

two are 20mm thick n two are 30mm thick. Comes with bolts.

Standard is ET0 but evidently anything up to +6 works ok.
