baur is running sweet.
only prob is tempiture goes pass 1/2 way mark. Useally stays bang on in middle no matter how far i go.
Is it worth trying new thermostat

How far past the center mark? If its just 1-2mm I wouldn't bother but when she moves towards three quarters there might be issues, but that could be many things depending on the situation (at idle, during driving, etc.). More info in the

if you have a mulitmeter then you can use the below table
in my experience every e21 gauge is different..

if it gets to 3/4 change the thermostat.
not that cheap, but cheaper than a new head.

check and change the temp sensor too - they die after a while and are only a few quid.
