I drove a 2009 model today and I have to say, I wasn't impressed. Headlights were steamed up, has a "Volvo" navigation system....didn't feel that quick...and worst of all, the wheels nuts were rusty. All this in a £125k car.

Hmmmm well the DB7 is too much Jaguar XK8 to me but from the DB9 on I find the styling amazing. Not all models are among the best supersportscars, but I love their looks over any other brand. Apart from not feeling all that fast, how did it handle?

Didn't really drive it hard as the owner was sat next to me. The looks I agree are amazing.

I have the SA Car mag that featured Sarel in the following cars in a shoot out in 2008 item above:
"If you’re still yearning for more Sarel and the Supercars action and the wait for the December 17 release of CAR Magazine’s Performance Issue is simply too much to take, then make sure you tune into SABC 3 at 17:00 on Sunday September 16, when CarTorque brings you amazing coverage of all the action that took place on the Performance Issue shootout.
In all, 13 high performance cars, were pitted against one another in the Earth track shootout and the line up can only be described as a car enthusiasts dream come true: the über-saloon duo of the Audi RS4 and BMW M3, to the stunning Audi R8, the hardcore Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, a brace of potent Porsches in the shape of the 911 GT3 RS and 911 Turbo Tiptronic, super coupes – the Merc CL65 AMG and M6, retro-flavoured rocket in the shape of the CAV GT, a pair of awesome Astons – the DB9 Coupé and Vantage V8 Roadster, as well as incredible exotics such as the Spyker C8 Spyder and the Pagani Zonda C12 S."
Can't get the link to work- Anyway highlights of the event was the fact that he BENT the footbrake on the Pagini Zonda (never happened before!) and I remember him describing the Astons as "like the M3 only heavier" talk about damning with faint praise!
Can't find the actual article on line....................
