Clutch slave cylinder

Today the clutch packed in on my 323i. Pretty sure it's the slave cylinder, the pedal just hits the floor and I can't engage any gear. So I was hoping someone could tell me where to find either the whole assembly or a refurb kit for it? Also, I don't have a workshop manual and am pretty hopeless at mechanics (though I did this job on a different type of car a few years ago), – does anyone have any tips or better still diagrams/scans of Haynes manuals or anything that could help? Any info most appreciated!

I think I have a slave cylinder laying about somewhere. I'll take a look in the morning. If it's there you can have it.

Pull out the slave to check for leaks, it could be the master (under the dash) that's leaking as well.

Was looking for technical help and found this:

Apologies if you all know about it already but it I thought it was very useful!

In the pages I read of that manual they mention Molykote Longterm 2 grease. Does is absolutely have to be that one or would a bit of silicone grease suffice? The only place I can see who stock a small tub of it have a 30 day lead time! BTW Mark, did you find that slave cylinder by any chance?
