24k mile 320/6 HAS to be broken (enough to make you cry..)

I don't know how many of you out there have spotted this on ebay, but I needed a few things for my new car so I gave them a call......

I needed a better carpet, an electric mirror switch, and those rear opening windows, so don't expect to find those, but what i didn't expect to find is a car with absolutely NO reason to break! The car has a genuine 24,398 miles, and I have no doubt would sail through an MOT. The body isn't perfect, apparently it's been sat in a barn ( I know, another "barn find" right?) but this is the real deal. There's rust spots on the body were crap must have fallen on the car and damaged the paint, but essentially it needs a respray and nothing more. There is no rot on the sills, the jacking points, anywhere you'd expect to see some. It's a none sunroof car with a near perfect shell.
The back seat still has the remains of the protective plastic covering, which suggests nobody has ever sat on it, and the boot... well, there is no sign anything has ever been placed in it ever. The paintwork in there is flawless, the spare wheel cover is perfect, the carpet is perfect, the spare wheel has never been out , and the plating on all metal parts is spot on. The engine bay needs a good clean, but nothing more than light surface corrosion. Underneath is much the same, light corrosion on the subframes and suspension parts, nothing more.
Here's some pics I took:

I wasn't greedy, I took only what I needed, and the rest is up to you. The yard were totally adamant that this car HAS to be crushed, so pick this sucker clean.
