M3 engine in a 73´2002

Hello everyone.
I hope that some of you has made following rebuilt before??
Next summer i am planning to install a s14 engine in my old BMW 2002 from 73. But how is this done.
Does the engine mounts fit?
What transmission/Rear dif is right one to use?
If installing a 5 speed m3, how is the speedometer going to work.
Where can i find a s14 Engine, i know ebay.de but are there other places. The market of m3´s are VERY small here in Denmark (Very high taxes on cars)
Do anyone know some guys who have done this rebuild, please help me out
