You can still buy them new, but they're pretty expensive!

do these alloys have some sort of stamp that one should look out for to identfy that they r alpina or is it the style that u r refering to. 20 spoke 13"

Yep, there's
always the name Alpina in the centers, and I don't mean the center cap of course
