Just a query:

I've been trying to contact Ireland Engineering about an order I placed over a week and a half ago for Wilwood 15" Big Brake kit for the E21.
They sent me an initial email about my order saying they would contact me within the next day or 2 with a shipping quote. So far this hasn't happened.
Has anyone had this experience with them? I've only heard good things about their service.

Sorry to post this here, I just didn't know who else had used their website and if anyone has had this happen before.

I can't speak from personal experience, but my friend in the US has used them alot and never has a bad word to say about them.

Yeh, thats all I've heard. So I wonder what's happened, I've just had no contact at all :/ I want my brakes :'( haha

I've occasionally had to send follow-up emails to them to get them to reply, but I think they always did eventually.

I have to say, I am hugely impressed with the customer service. I gave them a call this morning and they cleared everything up. They even suggested a few things to save money on shipping as well.

IE you have my thumbs up of approval haha
