The reverse gear detent on my 1983 320/6 o/d 5 speed (Getrag 245?) is a bit weak. Can this be changed without removing the box?

The 2nd gear baulkring is a little tired too. Are these still availaable?

I'd be surprised if they weren't. They're likely to be the same in other Getrag boxes as well.
