Caliper Dragging - Need to identify...

As above, my front drivers side caliper is dragging. The passenger caliper side is a rebuilt unit. They're 323i calipers/vented discs as the previous owner upgraded them. I've had a look and the caliper has 'BMW 37R' cast into it - can anyone tell me which replacement I need?
I'm gonna do the pads and discs on both sides at the same time so recommendations for those would be handy too. Preferably something that doesn't spit out a load of brake dust, I'm fed up of cleaning my alloys!

Image below (from the FAQ section) may help you identify what make caliper you have. Do a full rebuild ie remove the picton otherwise you will never be able to clean them up thoroughly.
Discs: I can recommend Brembo or Até (oem).
Pads: Ferodo DS Performance are a good replacement to stock, DS2500 are more performance pads even though they need a little warming up to be fully effective (even though the latest DS2500 productions are less sensitive to that).
Excessive dust may be caused by sticky calipers, but you'll always have some dust. So called 'low dust' pads like EBC are less effective when it comes to braking imo.

Hmm, I should learn more German! No idea what that says. I think it's the top (ATE) one? If it is, was the same caliper used on the US 320i? Realoem seems to think so..

Just to establish if you have Ate or Girling, looks like Ate to me which is the most common by far anyway. Also see

I can see the Ate logo on your caliper.

Speak to these guys, they should be able to do you a refurb one on an exchange basis.

Not far away, off main road into Rochdale as I recall. Not been for a few years.
