Hi all,

I've got a track day coming up next week and I've not changed the trans oil since I've had the car so I think it's probably due for some new stuff. Only problem is I don't know what stuff to put in it?

I've googled and search the forum and got a few different answers so can anyone who's had some experience please enlighten me (e21-Mark, it's your old car btw)

SAE 80 for the gearbox, SAE 90 for the diff.
