I was going to ask about the connector... Do you know any way to call that connector? Some hint I could use to find one.

Regarding the MAF, I found this one: SIEMENS 5WK9007 or 1730033, I think it is the same you have. Could you please confirm?

Thanks.

I use a 5WK9605 (BMW 13621432356) with a normal Bosch 3-pin connector.

do you know if it will provide the same readings than the Siemens 5WK9 007? Seems easier to find this one you used at USA -I am getting the sensors from USA since here at Colombia they are way to expensive-.

Thanks a lot.

Probably not, but you need to calibrate it to your own situation anyways. The flow characteristics are different from build to build, so finetuning is needed.

Here are a number of basic functions:

I've used this connector for the 5Wk9 MAF, got them from the bmw dealer:
61131392224 p/n connector
61131376204 p/n terminal

Connector needed a little rework to fit, but doable.

Terminals from a old PC power supply do fit the terminal pins on the maf nicely, with these terminals and leads i did the first tests:

Connector and crimp terminals from the dealer:

Modified connector:

MAF and connector nicely installed:
