Help with a possible purchase

Good Afternoon all,
I was wondering if anybody lives round Blackburn area that would be kind to have a look at a car either with me or for me before I make the journey?
if not, I shall be printing most of the FAQ section and take with me

Hi, there is a chance I'm in that area over the weekend. Any more details and what you're concerned about? E.g. Body, mechanicals etc

Thank you for the reply. The car seems to be in great shape and in the same ownership since '81! Just thought if somebody was there just to put my mind at ease, although Mark has already assured me about the state of the car.

I may be able to come and take a look with you. When are you going to look at it and whereabouts is it? My Baur has been polished and is ready for a trip out. However I may have children accompanying me!

It doesn't look like to be this weekend, didn't hear from the seller, thinking he must be waiting for plate to be taken off the car and the paperwork to come back.
